1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern:

• The sale of professional trainings

• The sale of beauty services

• The sale of products
  on the website debobeauty.ch and for on-site purchases.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website or at the studio constitutes acceptance of these GTC.

Débo Beauty reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

• Obvious error

• Fraudulent payment

• Incomplete information

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).
They may change at any time, but the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit card

• TWINT

• Cash (on site)

• Secure online payment

• Deposit payment (if offered)

Full payment must be made no later than the day of the training or service, unless a special agreement has been made.

6. Trainings

6.1. Booking

Booking is only confirmed after full payment or deposit.

6.2. Cancellation

• Cancellation >7 days before the date: rescheduling possible

• Cancellation <7 days: no refund

• No-show on the day: no refund

Débo Beauty may exceptionally allow rescheduling depending on availability, without guarantee.

6.3. Certification

A training certificate is only issued if attendance and practice are complete.

7. Beauty Services

All reserved services must be honored.
In case of late cancellation (<24h), the full amount or a partial fee may be charged.

8. Products

8.1. Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.

8.2. Returns

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on opened products.

9. Liability

Débo Beauty is not responsible in case of:

• Individual allergies

• Misuse of products

• Delivery delays due to the carrier

• Technical malfunction beyond its control

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website is protected.
Any reproduction is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
